Through DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) organizational development and strategic planning, he has supported thousands of employees to find purpose and belonging at work, and hundreds of organizations and businesses to do well while doing good.
Mazin Jamal is the founder of Holistic Underground which serves as a Fiscal Sponsor for projects creating healing, liberation, equity and belonging in the world. He has supported dozens of purpose-driven projects to scale through business strategy, fundraising and organizational development. Holistic Underground’s projects range from Healthcare Equity & Research to Supporting Culture and the Arts.
